The description said it was a "leather-like" upper and I read the other reviews, so I knew not to expect leather. Even better than expected!. But for what I paid, these boots are a steal! The have just a bit of a heel so you don't feel like you are clunking around, and they fit perfectly! I'm very happy with them2009-02-27 Rating 5. :). I am a little disappointed in these boots.
