Unfortunately, the heel is 3", not 2 3/8" as stated in the product description. Being 6' tall already, there will be few places I will actually wear these. (They'll be good for work). I've decided to keep them, however. It will cost almost as much to send them back as I paid for them. . This shoe makes a large foot (9 W) look smaller and the fit is so comfortable, I wore them for 5 hrs the first day & didn't kick them off as soon as I got home COMFORTABLE!. 2009-02-06 Rating 5.
